Was fine up until ios4... crashes when starting up. Hopefully theyll release an update soon!
Im glad Londons Heart has a way to listen to it on iPhones & iPods. Like others say, its a pitty the app cant be kept running while in the background but still, it suffices my needs. The only other problem I see is it stops streaming frequently although it could be due to my connection.
This is what Ive been waiting for my whole life. It is one of the best talk radios put into an iPhone app. It has everything a talk radio needs: News, weather, travel, and, of course, best talk shows including Nick Ferarri at breakfast. Recomended for all talk radio lovers!
Dunno why the stars are so low on this one. Its fantastic to be able to listen to London talk radio! A fab app!!!!!!
I am so glad that this application finally works on my iPhone and I can listen to LBC in Rochester, NY.
Some bad moments
It will not work once I updated my iPod touch. Did work flawlessly before that.
Loved App. Was working great on my original edition iPhone. Did upgrade first week of Jan 2011 and now it wont even start! Needs fix for backwards compatibility with older iPhones. Now I cant listen to Clive Bull each night until it is fixed.
Just did long overdue update on app on my iTouch and now it does not work. Sorry I even bothered.
Using IOS 4.3.4 on iPhone 3GS
Downloaded this app about 5 days ago. I have tried to listen to LBC everyday since using this app and it may work for about 5 minutes, then just closes unexpectedly. Sometimes opening the app does nothing except open the app, no sound, nothing. Closing it and re-opening sometimes works, but not always. I got it to work for 30 minutes continuously -- one time. I usually have to re-launch the app about 20 times during a 30-40 mins time frame if trying to listen. I am giving up until a fix is found.
Previously it was working properly but not now i cant listen it anymore. Iam in UAE . Plz help
LBC, what is wrong with you? I havent seen an update for this app in years despite all the new OSs that have been released. Ive been listening to LBC for over 30 years and live in the US now and the only way to listen is online because this app crashes the minute your phone locks. Ridiculous! Please LBC, fix it!!!
